The fine print

1. Who we are

Mystery Hits Factory sells authentic trading-card products in individual quantities and wholesale orders, including curated mystery packs and sealed products. The product listing and any accepted written quote identify the order you are buying.

2. Mystery products

Mystery contents vary. Only the contents, condition, and guarantees stated for that product at purchase apply; example artwork does not promise a particular card. Any written minimum-value or rarity guarantee remains enforceable. Our final-sale policy does not excuse an unmet written guarantee.

3. Sealed products

Products described as factory-sealed are sold in that condition. All sales are final for opened and unopened products, subject to required legal remedies and the Final-Sale & Authenticity Policy.

4. Shipping

Every shipment includes carrier tracking, and the tracking number is provided when it ships. Shipping charges and estimates appear at checkout or in the accepted wholesale quote. Contact info@mysteryhitsfactory.com promptly about missing, delayed, damaged, or incorrect orders. Where legally required, a shipping delay requires your consent or cancellation and a refund. Carrier scans do not remove our obligation to address a valid order problem.

5. Returns

All sales are final for individual cards, sealed products, mystery packs, bundles, and wholesale orders: no change-of-mind refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations after payment. We stand behind authenticity and ship with tracking. Required remedies for incorrect, damaged, missing, or counterfeit items and unmet written guarantees remain available. 6. Pricing & errors

We reserve the right to correct pricing or product description errors. If we cancel an order due to an obvious pricing error, you'll receive a full refund.

7. Intellectual property

Pokémon, the Pokémon TCG, and all associated names and imagery are trademarks of The Pokémon Company / Nintendo / Game Freak. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Pokémon Company. All cards we sell are authentic, second-hand collectibles.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
