1. Who we are
Mystery Hits Factory ("we", "us") sells curated Pokémon mystery packs and sealed singles. By placing an order or using this site you agree to these Terms.
2. Mystery products
Mystery packs are randomized by their nature. We publish minimum value guarantees, rarity guarantees, and tier expectations on each product page. We do not guarantee any specific card. Once a mystery pack is shipped or opened, all sales are final.
3. Sealed products
Sealed booster packs sold through the store are factory-sealed at the time of shipment. Once unsealed by the buyer, they are not returnable.
4. Shipping
We ship to the United States and Canada. Shipping rates and estimates are shown at checkout. Once a package is handed to the carrier, transit time is outside our control. Lost or damaged packages should be reported within 14 days of expected delivery so we can file a claim.
5. Returns
Mystery products and opened items are non-returnable. Unopened sealed singles may be returned within 14 days in original condition. Buyer pays return shipping. Contact us before sending anything back.
6. Giveaways
Giveaways are open to legal residents of the US and Canada, 18 or older. No purchase necessary. Winners are notified by email and announced on our live streams. Void where prohibited.
7. Pricing & errors
We reserve the right to correct pricing or product description errors. If we cancel an order due to an obvious pricing error, you'll receive a full refund.
8. Intellectual property
Pokémon, the Pokémon TCG, and all associated names and imagery are trademarks of The Pokémon Company / Nintendo / Game Freak. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Pokémon Company. All cards we sell are authentic, second-hand collectibles.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
