The floor climbs with every rip
Each pack that misses the grail nudges the guaranteed floor up. The deeper the run goes, the more you're guaranteed.
One pack hides the grail
Somewhere in the run sits the grail. Odds shorten with every rip — and the run ends the moment it's pulled.
