Return Policy
All sales final — shipping damage covered.

The short version
Because every Mystery Hits Factory pack and bundle is hand-curated and the contents are revealed once the seal is broken, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds based on the specific cards a pack contained or based on perceived value after opening.
The one exception: your package arrives physically damaged in shipment. In that case we'll make it right — see below.
Shipping damage claims
If your package arrives with visible damage to the outer mailer, crushed contents, water damage, or anything that compromised the cards in transit:
- Email info@mysteryhitsfactory.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number, clear photos of the damaged outer packaging, and photos of any damaged cards while still in the order packaging.
- Do not discard the packaging or the cards until we've reviewed the claim — the carrier may require them for inspection.
Once verified, we'll either replace the damaged items with an equivalent pack from the same tier or issue a refund to the original payment method, at our discretion.
What we will not refund
- The specific cards a pack or bundle contained — examples shown are representative; actual cards vary by pack, per the guarantee on every product page.
- The perceived value of opened cards relative to the purchase price (outside the documented minimum-value floor for the product).
- Packs or bundles whose seal has been broken without an accompanying shipping-damage claim.
- Buyer's-remorse cancellations after the order has been packaged or shipped.
Order cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, email info@mysteryhitsfactory.com as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been packaged we'll cancel and refund. Once an order has been packaged or handed off to the carrier, cancellation is no longer possible.
