From your next grade 10 slab to an exceptional trophy card, every sale starts with confirming the exact item and its availability. A gallery reference is not an offer to sell that particular card.
Confirm what you are buying.
We confirm the card, grading company, grade, certification, current photographs, seller authority and availability. You receive a written quote covering the full purchase amount, taxes, fees and agreed delivery costs.
Verify the buyer and funding.
Higher-value purchases require manual buyer review and, where applicable, enhanced identity and funding verification before payment.
Do not email ID documents, bank statements, account numbers, passwords or verification codes. We arrange a secure channel if documents are needed.
Paid in full before dispatch.
Nothing ships on a deposit, payment screenshot, pending transfer, authorization or a promise to pay. We must confirm the full invoiced amount has been received and cleared through our bank or payment provider, with all required checks complete.
Tracking. Signature. Confirmed cover.
Before dispatch, we must obtain written confirmation of insurance covering the collectible and the shipment’s full agreed invoice value, subject to the disclosed policy terms. We arrange tracked delivery, signature confirmation and appropriate packaging; exceptionally valuable items may require a specialist courier or secure handover.
Carrier declared value is not automatically insurance. We do not ship until the coverage and delivery method are approved.
Reservations and deposits
No payment is required to submit a card inquiry. For a confirmed purchase of the agreed minimumor more, a reservation may be offered with a 10% deposit credited toward the purchase price. This is available only after buyer review, confirmed availability and a signed written quote stating the exact deposit, reservation period, balance deadline and cancellation terms.
A deposit does not prove the buyer has the remaining funds and does not authorize shipment. No deposit is requested for an unconfirmed reference card. If we cannot supply the agreed item or arrange the agreed covered delivery, we return payments for the unfulfilled purchase. Required legal remedies remain available.
